Order Modifications: You can modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting client services.

Shipping & Delivery: We usually pack and ship orders within 24 hours. Domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days, while international orders are estimated to be delivered within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request; please contact client services after placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition. To initiate a product or size exchange, reach out to client services or place an exchange.

Order Tracking
: Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You may also track your order via Track Order.

If your tracking link doesn’t update within 24 hours, contact client services.

Product Availability: Limited edition products are available for a short time or in limited quantities. For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be displayed on the product page Itself.

Order Issues: If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please reach out to client services for assistance. Any defective products can be reported, and we’ll work on a resolution for you.
